There is a fixed fee of 3 000 Euros
20 001 to 30 000
There is a fixed fee of 4 000 Euros
30 001 to 40 000
There is a fixed fee of 5 000 Euros
40 001 to 50 000 Euros............ 12%
50 001 to 80 000 Euros.............11%
80 001 to 100 000 Euros...........10%
100 001 to 150 000 Euros...........9%
150 001 to 450 000 Euros...........8%
Over 450 001 Euros....................7%
 
 Estimations are normally
free of charge !
UNLESS it is for
the following reasons;-

 THERE MAYBE a
charge of 150 Euros !

1.  It is for a Personal Estimation
just to see what is it worth
for example after renovating.
2. For an Insurance Company
3.  For a Bank

this is not the same as an appraisal.
An appraisal is carried out
by a qualified expert a Surveyor. 

It is not the same thing.
All Our staff are qualified and have years of
experience or a Diploma Certificate.
