De-cluttering: tidying up to increase/optimise space

Repair: to leave no room for negotiation NO RED FLAGS on unrepairs.

Clean: everything must be spotless and ready to be installed

Depersonalise: visitors must be able to project themselves

Rearrange: optimise the layout of the furniture less is more!
